I really like the 5w ; Downsides are. the camera and having to GPS dance every time you install battery.Upside I gutted out the camera installed 5.8 FPV now I go past the 999 meters in distance with no other mod and no worry. I have a bugs 3 coming. I am still learning and working on my Bugs 8 pro.Thanks for all the good Bugs info Jay

Thanks Jay. I agree! The best of MJX are the original B3s/F100...although, I have fallen in love with my Mini since it flies precise and flies much better in tight areas. I gave my F200w to MD95TSI and I wish I never made that decision! Instead I got the Hubsan H501s X4 Advanced Version (on sale $84.21 GearBest) and so far....I hate it! While the 1080p camera is much better than the F200w, the gps module must be minute because it seems not to have the same precision as the B2 or F200w. I don’t know, maybe just need to fly it some more to get used to it...but so far? Glad I did not pay over $200 for it!

You sir.. on a different vid.. showed me a simple trick to arm motors.. hold left stick down.. thanks man.. now if we can get my B2C to arm more then one out of 10 times.. Be Well bro

Yes...the Bugs 8 Pro Props on the Bugs 6 does seem to kill the batteries quick... Been trying to find an original (with box) Bugs 8 for the collection. AND- A Bugs 3 H as well... I started out on a Bugs 6... It's still going after 2 yrs. and many crashes lol

Jay Drone! QUESTION!!! I have Bugs 2SE (Force 1 version) and have transmitter on top rear, battery down below, camera down below now and GPS is SCREWED!! 200 MW 5.8 transmitter, Run Cam micro swift, battery???? What's the difference in my setup not working vs yours exactly the same on the RED bugs 2? Bugs works 100% without any of the extra equipment mentioned? GPS fades bad where it never did before. Baffled!! Peace.

Im new to drones and bought a Hubsan H501ss Advanced drone and loving it and got a couple of videos on my channel. I am wanting a folding drone and everyone on KZbin are raving about the Bugs 4 as so stable in the air due to sensors and also flight time, with a bonus of being able to charge two batteries at once. What do you think of them as saving for one. Saving as on a low income but want folding one as easy to transport too. Plus camera can point down so I can check a hole in our roof at home. The Bugs 2w is same range with the bugs 2c but 2w it has a fpv but its only range in 100 meters of fpv so i chose the 2c bcoz 100meter range of fpv is not good..

Hey Jay I recently got into drones and I wish everyone did such a great job that you did in this vid... I can tell your not in it for the $$$, your review was AWESOMENESS !!! I have a question, I have a f200se shadow hex , well it flies great except it loses its yaw sometimes during flight can you tell me what this may be from? Laymen's terms it won't rotate left or right, but will move left n right, up,down,etc... Just not yaw left or right😐 HELP I love my drone, I'm 3 deep in the drone game; RYZE TELLO, a RDRC RICHIE and my SHADOW HEX ...I'd like to build a fleet of bugs like you. 👍

That’s a tough one without having the drone in front of me. If it starts losing, it’s y’all calibration, perhaps internally there might be something wrong or loose. I would guess there’s something mildly loose that might be causing it to slowly start to turn one way or the other.

Nice video and collection. Bug3 fun and smooth flyer - got two in my collection flying with Devo 10 4in1. It carries my gopro and eken cam just fine. Wish it had acro though. I also like the punch with 3s, but had reduced power when the escs heated up and it came down hard twice. Cover came off and fpv cam pop out with no other damage. Changed one prop and back up for another crash - no damage. Pop in a 2s and it was fine again - no more 3s. It will go on 3s, but if escs start cooking it will loose power. On cool days no problem. Don't like the wifi fpv and I don't have a phone for it, so if a quad is wifi fpv, I don't look at it twice. Plus I've got bigger toys with the real bells and whistles.

I'd like to see the Bugs 2 inside the B3 body. I'd like to to have B 3 sport type mode but switchable back to an AH GPS B2 functionality. Also it must have B2 range or better. Finally a built in 5.8gz FPV system with HD camera. Still want ability to add legs to suspend higher res ES gimbaled cam. I'd buy it. Name it Dream Drone !

Bugs 8 Pro.... no more talk needed!!! Get one..you'll see. use your choice of 3 cell batteries and it's fast enough!!! Learn on the 6 first though...or you'll crash a few times hahaha (Second choice Bugs 2 non wi-fi model because it's so damn stable and comes back when called)
