I’m looking into getting this but I went on the website and wanted to asked you a couple of questions about your process of getting it. First I was looking an it says to pick a surface ether molet or carbon fiber what did you go with? Also about paint how did you get that paint matched?

@@Trent-ertainment Yeah, its fine as-is tbo...I have installed them twice now due to an accident when someone rearended me 2 months after installing the first one. I had the valance painted as it came, no trimming. the only thing is the tabs have to be shaved a bit and use screws to hold them in. its pretty simple tbo. I love the look!

Maxton has a black friday sale, i just bought this for my 2016 ST like an hour ago (in gloss black). I hope since this video Maxton has perfected the fitment. It was $303 plus $80 shipping before discounts...came to $340 shipped ($45 off with discount).

Installed mine last night. Such a pain in the ass and required heaps of cutting and dremeling of those extra dabs that fouled with the bumper. After that it fit in easier, and was secured by some screws

I know this is 3 years old but for anyone else seeing this and wondering the same thing: It's easy. CC will convert to pounds or euros. Getting stuck at customs can delay a shipment a bit but you can see something ship from the UK or Europe and be at your door in the US in the same week.

For quick instant gratification that's what you get with this style rear diffuser. Doesn't honestly look very functional either. VegaMotorWorks IMO looks 10x better and probably has more functionality in the design and thought that went into the actual design. I'm also not fond of the fitment related issues with Maxton. Looks very thrown together, poor R&D on Maxton's part and MEH!

Hopefully soon! We have run into a little bit of a lull in our video production because we don't have constant projects. The Big Turbo project is mostly done, just data logging needs to be finalized and we three haven't found the time to get cracking on the SVT in a while. Adjust stuff keeps happening. I think we plan on getting back to the SVT shortly though!

The mudflaps mount to the OEM valence and given how Maxton can't get the alignment right, yes. It'd probably screw them up ... though you might be able to get by by adding washers between the plastic spacers.

No, this is for the facelift (2015+) ST. However, Maxton and SS Tuning make RS style rear valances for your model ST.

You’d break the tabs if you ripped it off and then you wouldn’t be able to install it.
