Seems slower than it should be, my MK3 is a 1.8 8v and stock it would do 0-100 in 14 seconds. Has a cam now and I'm planning to do some other things. Odd.

Somethings wrong maybe your carburetors are too small i have a mk1 golf with a 2L 8v with Dual dellorto 40s and stock cam and mine is much faster than that
