If Mileena's ending is to be believed, then Kitana is the only one who doesn't see Mileena as family. Which is fair, honestly. Everyone in Shao Khan's circle but her is screwed up in some way. Mileena reminds me of Esdeath from Akame ga Kill. She may be a murdering sadist through and through, but deep down she just wants to be loved.

Then there are the jobber villains, a champion beastman, and then the big bad with his sorcerer apprentice.
