Dave (the thumbnail rs3) entered last minute but broke in qualifying, Harvey in the other one wasn’t actually entered there was a miscommunication in the pairing lanes and he was called round 😅

Yes it is just none entered, there is no minimum weight. The only rules are safety rules.
