@@arctictruck10 There were lots of DCT cars around. But I was in the race car group, most of the dct cars are in the intermediate group. And we're not racing so it doesn't need to be fair.

That Clio, if its the F1, should have big brembos and about 147kw 8k rpm redline if im not mistaken. Had it for 4days and a among mk6 and 7GTis,an accord exec, focus st3 and A4 DTM, it was the best car I drove that weekend. Im actually surprised you kept up and passed it. Not taking anything away from you or your car but damn that chipped away at my love for that car. I drove the Clio rs F1 championship and megan rs 265 cup or redbull, don't quite remember. Awesome video.

@@teamphashash I would assume it's a RS 197/ 200. But what I know about Clio's is laughable. I only passed the Clio because he was pulling into the pits. I would have loved to chase him some more. He had me in the straights but my corner speeds were faster. I feel like I should have bought a Clio RS instead of building the Mk2. They're very impressive without doing too much to them.

@lowdl I swear you wouldn't regrets. Similar generation aspirated focus st was left in the dust during that trip. Try finding a clean unmolested one though. 😅

I think that Clio was on road tyres, so it was always going to struggle against the modified Mk2, it looks like it was very well driven. That said, Lorenzo is getting very close to my Clio's PB with semis and a few other mods! I need to find a stock airbox again and try and find some more time🫣

@stuartjameson7602 The Clio was well driven. Hopefully we meet each other again for at least a full lap. 😅 I'm very surprised by the pace it had on the straights. I thought the power to weight would be similar between the two cars. And there's more pace in your car for sure. Sub 30 without a passenger. You've always got a passenger. Lol.

@@stuartjameson7602 please document it. Even with a phone. I know editing and all that is a lot of work but there's a cult following for these cars. Drove it in JHB and Mpumalanga at even higher altitude. Can only imagine the performance at the coast. Seen on some UK channels also that they respond somewhat respectably good to boost too. Either way, great car. You'll regret if you sell.

Love the new short shifter, do you have a 6speed box?
