Can’t wait to see the new wheels! I’ve got some Shane Baker coilovers for our Mk1, not fitted yet, not sure whether to go -50 or -75 rear springs! But you might have made up my mind!

I’d say -75mm but that’s just me! My rear looked lower in the video, as I hadn’t put the adjustable panhard rod on and the vehicle was a bit lop sided!

I've been busy on my newest one today, swapped out some spax adjustables off one of my others and fitted new poly top mounts whilst I was there. Mate, they're a bit of bitch to get through the cup! Mine were two peice, yours look like a one peice jobby. I found oiling them and a loose thick cable tie round the bit that sits in the cup, and use the cable tie pulling from above working it round worked quite well. I've also got some Corsa B front coilovers I'm modifying to make fit a mk2, they should work quite well.

Nice coilovers, you forgot to say you need to get the wheel alignment done after fitting suspension parts. As you will get uneven tyre wear and the car may pull to one side.

Not sure I would be aligning the wheels and these don’t have adjustable camber.

@@Mk2Mitch camber can be done by the two bolts at the bottom of the coil over. Top of the Hub. I think

John Rowell mine aren’t camber adjustable, there’s no room in the bolt holes.
