MK3 Ford Escort was swapped Ford Sierra Cosworth engine and transmission. To accommodate the transmission, floorpan was also changed with a floor pan coming from a Ford Sierra 4x4.

That takes me back to the days of the (unfortunately cancelled) RS1700T. That car could have been so much more but where did you manage to find a decent Mk3 Escort to begin with in the first place? They've virtually all gone to that great scrapyard in the sky
