That clear is gonna lift and come off with the moldings when you finally pop them off. It actually is kind of a big deal.

Yea, dudes right.. Those moldings are a big deal, n also who paints a car w the bumpers on? That's a MAACO job if i ever seen one.. I painted cars for 6 years in my early 20s, so dont try n say i dont kno what im talking about..! Gas cap, moldings, bumpers, side mirrors, really everything comes off to make sure its painted thoroughly! Nice color tho!

thanks for watching.. but as i mentioned a few times, i tried taking all the trim off. since they were rusted underneath i broke 2 peices in the process. so i wasnt going to keep breaking them since i dont have spares to slap on whenever. great thing is that when i do find good 89+ moldings then i will change them. until then they dont bother me
