Also I realized getting a different sized barrel won’t change where the face meets the hub so maybe have the back pad of the wheel shaved down if there’s enough material there or maybe a smaller lip with a face mount style setup?

Neah,just roll the fender...or try a smaller lip as you say. I think jetta fender are much wider then golf .

You can install mk2 lower control arms, and axles on the Savoy to narrow your front track width. I've seen people install mk3 LCA and axles on mk2s to increase track width, no reason the reverse cannot be done on an mk3. Do some reading, but it should be a direct swap.

Those wheels look sick! Kind of the setup I wish I had on my cabriolet. Most guys put a 15mm spacer on the rear to get good fitment as same as the front. Maybe that is the case here.

Ok hear me out. If the savoy runs perfect with the bypass. Why not run a relay to the bypass that gets power when the ignition is on. Key on, bypass engaged, key off bypass disengaged. Car is fixed. A swap won’t fix a fuel pump wiring issue.

I'm thinking that the ECU has an issue, as the Fuel Pump relay is controlled by the ECU. I am sure if you tap the wire coming from the ECU and hook it up to ignition it will be fine. Most likely it will not be a broken wire. It could also be the CE/fuse box itself, I saw those ones fail internally before also

Mount the faces to the front, give the rears half an inch or an inch wider lips, then front camber top mounts, and camber plates in the rear, not much just some -1 to -2 degrees, will look amazing. If you're on a budget: silver project topmounts and epytec rear camber plates

Christian. The feulpump relais comamdo signal is given by the ECU. The ECU has to give a "ground switch" to the ralais... This is needed by a accident, its a safety reason when tje engine shut down the feulpomp relais stops also... Sorry for the bad Englisch... 😁

Keep that 1.6 n/a or if you want more power just swap to 1.8t. You should clean the egr valve with brake cleaner if you have problem with it.

Valentin Neagu I was really wanting to do a 1.6t haha something fun but a 1.8t swap would be dope. I actually have a brand new egr valve I just never installed since it’s been running great

it might be the fuse box. i had a mk2 and it was doing the same thing. I replaced the fuse box and cleaned the wiring and it worked ever since.

Well, looks like you are really close to find out about the savoy problem then...thinking and seeing about that jumper relay...your problem is there then, it's gotta be that connection/relay fuse box connection or something inside /at the back of it!! Could be a loose wire also behind it! I think at this time, don't rush for the swap then...it's a very minimal issue!!! You are almost there, track it, hunt it and drive it more, test it more! bc beside that the demon car has no other issue...check it bro! it's right there...stupid connection or something!!

1.9tdi turbo manifold wont fit on the smaller 1.0/1.4/1.6 polo Engine. But it will fit on all 8V sideflow heads. (intake/ outake same side) 1.6 8V (AKL) and 2.0 8V Crossflow will fit too.

Inspect the fuse box specially the signal that is supposed to come from the ignition. If there is no signal there is no power bridge, either the wire is off or not sending signal.

I'm no expert but try to push all the wire on the back of that relay it could be a loose connector from the video it start up with the bypass that two wire so on that relay it got like three or four wire connecting That's my suggestion. Anyway love the video bro and the mk3 and mk4

1,9tdi turbo dont fit right over, totally different. Also... I think a turbo will punch holes in the tappets real quick. Tried the same myself and it did not go well. It is almost easier to swap the the whole engine than trying to find a turbo which will fit.

Maybe the relay dosent get a signal to turn on so maybe signal cabel is broken or whatewer is sending the signal is not sending it

Check the fuse box in mk2 with ce2 fuse box the go bad and is the same use the mk3
