I remembered the first time i heard this song i thought to myself "Hey thats a catchy tune!" It wasn't until i actually listened to the lyrics. Goosbumps. I teared up when "hey, thats him." was sung. I can just imagine seeing a legend such as good ol' Hank in a packed gym outside of the county linr after having a coke and burger for thirty cents. 🎵" The big two hour show starts at 7:30. Tickets are only $1.50. You get your moneys worth in the first 15 minutes the rest is free!"

Hey, that’s sounds kinda like “hank, you know you’re cobain and mr. cockney.” “Hell. You’re everything and everyone.”

I prefer the Johnny Cash version, rather than, when Hank Williams sang the 'Porter Waggoner' version. Cash's timing is impeccable

Can someone please explain to me "Beaulah Rizner's Fan"? What is that? Googled it thoroughly, found only reference to these lyrics.
@kimbrayton78245 жыл бұрын
I don't think it means anything other than he signed her fan and they needed a verse to rhyme with the next line about the drifting cowboys band
