is it true that only luigi, toad, yoshi, dry bones and R.O.B. can drift offroad ? (i mean their 3 karts)

Not exactly, I don't have an exact list of that but it has to do with off-road stat, weight and some other things I can't quite understand. Wish I could give you a better answer 🤷🏼‍♀️

I will always recommend MasterLeo's Expert and Hero tutorials which you can find on KZbin Otherwise just add or subtract mini turbos from this strat to your ability
