Why is the video running at like 15 fps at some parts? I mean Im not really asking, Its more like "Holy shit this video quality sucks right now." Idk if its the video or the footage, dont really think its the footage, dont know if it is or not tho. Idk if youtube's video quality can just drop like that either, maybe its just his recording, idk how that really works either but its just a theory. Or a theory, saying its just theory to emphasize that its not something Im saying is true because a theory is just a thought that has yet to have evidence to make it a fact or true in some way, sometimes they can still be resonable to assume that theyre true although ig its never good to assume but in some cases it seems like its almost basically true. In other cases theyre all you have because there will either prob never be, or wont be for any amount of time, a way to prove a given theory.
