I have three of the models and agree, they are well made, original design: sturdy, useful, and eye-pleasing. I keep the serrated one in my car as an emergency knife. It hit all the important points!

Great review. Neat little knife, tempted but have plenty of alternatives to hand. MKM edge is my only Italian blade - modern, M 390 and legal in UK.

Excellent review! I just ordered the smkw blue carbon hawkbill in m390. Will be my first knife with that steel, and I love the design from the first time I saw it.

You chose the same blade style I'd go with, that cool lil hawkbill. Always on the look-out for nice knives under 2.5 inches in blade length (local laws) but I'm pretty torn on this one. The price seems a little high. I'd probably go with the basic model, and even that is a little high. I do love that blade shape and overall design though. I'll probably get it sooner or later! lol BTW, my fave EDC is the Lil Native and your review on that was the deciding factor in my getting it. I like how you show the knives in use instead of just opening the box and giving initial impressions.

Thanks for the comment! Humbling regarding the lil native 🤗 Yea agreed that the cost on the Isonzo is expensive considering the steel. I do think the real draw is the asthetics and the blade shapes. Plus the ergos are quite pleasant that will be better appreciated in use if the ergos work for your hand (difficult to show on vid) Cheers and happy Monday!

Hi, you are confusing the screws for the clip, they are of different lengths. Therefore, in your video, it sticks out of the liner. When replacing the clip on the other side, the screw must also be changed. I almost killed the blade in my Mako Folder Bastinelli. Thanks for a good review.
