[MKW TAS] Shooting Star Supergrind Strat on Grumble Volcano

I literally just implemented what Jello did in TAScomp. This is completely unoptimized but matches Thomas's BKS l1. However, this does not mean Shooting Star is faster as it is very slow on other parts of the track.
