[MKWii TAS] Rainbow Road (Glitch) -

This is a tool-assisted speedrun and will not count on any real rankings. With that said I am very happy with the outcome of this run. I believe I started this run January last year, but I had to redo lap 1 since the end of May bacause of the improved turnskip strat Reo found.

Rainbow Road (Glitch) TAS Origins:
Once upon a time the Little Extreme Riding Hood was sent off by master Luke into dark woods to find the treasure at the end of the rainbow. Along the way there was a lost monkey who told her he lost bandana. The girl gave the monkey her bandana with the condition that the monkey kong followed her on the journey. Along the way they realised the Treeway was cursed to make people lost and waste time. One time they ended up back at master Luke's hut, but they had to find the end of the rainbow no matter what. They were determined. After countless trials they were about to give up, but then a random woodsman appeared who called himself Malleo. He guided them around the forest to the end of the rainbow where they found the biggest treasure of them all. The spear. To show his thanks Funky Kong stole the spear and showed the girl how to drive on top of the rainbow. A crazy cameraman named Sware came out of nowhere and followed Funky Kong's every move. Master Luke was mad the treasure was not collected, so he ordered Funky do drive on the Rainbow Road again for the 2019 SGDQ event. If it does not happen he will use the force!

That’s actually because if the speed was in km/h then 1 unit would be 2.8cm (or 1cm would be 2.8 units - I don’t remember I just know that the conversion isn’t pretty)

Aqua no MKWii doesn’t actually use kmh it uses units per frame but the creators of the kmh display use kmh since that’s a good comparison of irl speed

I like watching Mario Kart Wii Cuz The People Here Are Chill With TAS and in The GOBR Community they aren’t and here they work together to find very cool ultra scs like this. I got 4 wrs on br rn I am also an iOS player. I haven’t tried to do an ultra sc in a year but Ive done grumble volcano fairly new to mkwii ultra scs, I saw them for the first time last year and I’ve been playing since 2010 at least (also been playing br since 2012)

Expectations weren't too high, and I saved a lot of time on new strats as well (strats like not hitting the fence after ultra gap jump can be seen as just an optimization though, you decide)
