I dont agree with the you can't come out after a review. I'm not saying arguing the results of the replay but I feel both managers deserve an explanation. I also don't agree with umpires being aloud to put their hands on a player.

I remember that Toronto vs KC day, Jim Wolf 100% was in the wrong for not ejecting the pitcher in the Donaldson AB. MLB should have disciplined that entire crew for that nonsense.

A lot of umpires also position themselves poorly before the pitch, so they get a poor angle of the ball crossing the plate often times. I'm surprised this isn't worked on more in umpiring school or the minors. Pat Hoberg on the other hand is one of the few umpires who positions himself well to see the pitch, and go figure he's probably the most accurate home plate umpire in MLB.

First thing Cervelli needs to say to the umpire at 9:20 is "Don't touch me." That's the kind of thing that makes angry players angrier and makes them go after multiple umpires. Gary Cederstrom at 40:00 gets it right.

@@MichaelTerndrup that’s absolutely fine no one is disputing that! As a matter of fact on average about 6 people a game show up for the “3rd team”. Which isn’t the problem. The problem is you can be a commentator for 30 years like dummy Hawk and still get obstruction vs inference wrong! Rule books are only $20 people pick one up!!!

They got there for a reason. It’s called the slot mechanic and they can see most pitches that way. Most umpires get around 98-96% of calls correct. They are human and will make errors.

The BS of slamming your bat or helmet in frustration and getting kicked out for it is annoying. The ump can't determine for certain if the batter is frustrated with the ump or themselves.

There's a famous Jim Leyland ejection where the home plate umpire put hish hand on the back of Magglio Ordonez to sort of nudge him along off the field which prompted Leyland to come screaming out of the dugout. The broadcasters made this same point. "If you dont want players touching you then you shouldnt be touching players."

The umpire needs to be fired immediately because that inappropriate behavior is unacceptable and they should be removed immediately from Major League Baseball for violating their rules of conduct!!!!!!
