@3:26--it's a balk because he takes his pivot foot off the rubber before he releases the ball. And he also does a little jump off the rubber again before the ball is released. If I'm wrong, please let me know. Otherwise, the announcer is wrong.

Umpires know the rules and game. Announcers, as well as most players, don't know the rules. And it's obvious watching these types of videos. To those that know, this announcer is a fool.

No. 29 pitcher does a up and down hop on the rubber during the pitch. Annoucer didn't see that.
