I didn’t realize all career defining “hits” were homers minus Ichiro’s 3,000th hit. When I think career defining hits, I think Luis Gonzalez’s walk-off base hit in the World Series or Jeter’s walk-off base hit on the last at-bat of his career. Not saying a lot of these aren’t magical in this video, they are. But, home runs do NOT always define careers, legendary careers at that. I like the long ball, but some of the most magical hits ever are gap shots, bleeders, or clutch base hits. I don’t care what anyone says.

He had an infection in his vocal chords throughout the entirety of the 2011 World Series. If you think you can do better whilst having a vocal chord infection, take the mic and show everyone. Also, how can he be the most boring announcer ever? You dig through the video to find a call where he is not 100% and he is somewhat boring, and yet you don't acknowledge the FIRST CLIP in this video right before it, the David Ortiz grand slam where he does get excited, or his call of Rajai Davis' HR at 5:49. If you think Joe Buck's call of the Ortiz grand slam or Rajai Davis' game tying HR was boring, you must be either delusional or deaf.

Seems more like a career-defining home runs list. On that note, I disagree with placing Posey’s 17th inning homer in a regular season game against the Reds. I’d opt for his grand slam against the same team in game 5 of the 2012 NLDS. A series-winning homer, in an MVP-winning campaign, in a year his team won the WS. Also, disappointed by the lack of Mets love. Piazza and Wright come to mind here. But still, a good list, and much love to your channel for putting this together.

Big Papi is such a legend. You could've said his clutch moments during the '4 days in October' series and you would've also been correct.

Posey's was the grandslam off Matt Latos in game 5 of the 2012 playoffs. With the history between Latos and the Giants and the fact that it put the nail in the coffin of a great comeback in that series, that's his big moment imo.

That Posey walk-off should be the grand slam he hit in Cincinnati of Latos instead

Chris Davis career defining moment should’ve been when he broke the strikeout record

How do you not include David Freese's triple or home run in Game 6 of the 2011 WS? Or McGwire's 62nd? Or Gibson's pinch hit home run in the '88 WS?

Well I would just say that Jeter's career defining hit was really his 3000th hit being a homerun.
