this is SO true. my whole life I never really jived with most american dishes, I was always called a picky eater, had a hard time eating veggies the way they were cooked. Once I found korean food... the way they season everything just works for me. So much easier to have a healthy diet when you find what works for you, even if it's from the other side of the planet.
