Y’all ever heard of the lion diet? Eating strictly meat only is actually great for healing many illnesses and autoimmune conditions.. look into it before coming at me plz I’m just the messenger - never tried it myself but would like to - at least for a short while to see what improves. EDITED: apparently any quality meat is enough to heal, though there have been rare reports of bad reactions to store bought meats. So if that’s you, may need to try higher quality. Just saw MK post about this on IG. My bad for being misinformed!
