Man's got a gorgeous fastball. Just exemplary. Very little drop, keeps it plane so seems even faster than it is (and it's already very fast). I'd very much like to see him develop his changeup or introduce a splitter, but he may genuinely not need to right now. Although I still think a change or split would be incredible against righties working with his fastball. Also, can't believe you didn't mention his truly amazing quads/posterior region. And you call yourself a journalist!!

So, I was Wal-Mart and said let's see what baseball cards look like now-a-days. Mostly bigger into my second sport of basketball... Anyways I bought a hanger box of Bowman Chrome that I spent $15 bucks and some change on this box. It was the last one on the shelf of anything memorabilia today. The box was all scratched, looked stepped on, but the cards were not damaged shockingly. I get halfway into the pack not knowing hardly any of the players I'm looking at. I haven't watched baseball since like 2005. I know that's terrible! I get too this gold refractor autograph and then notice its numbered to /50 by a player named Spencer Strider. So, I said to myself lemme check this dude out on KZbin, see what he's about. After watching this video, seeing dude's confidence/attitude on that mound gives me the vibe I got my money's worth! Man, his pitch game is nice af! He definitely has a deep bag!

When you mention his K per 9 is 15.1 percent, wouldn’t that be a non percentage number? I think it means that he’d average 15 k’s per 9 innings, not 15 percent. It doesn’t make sense if it’s a percentage

The most exciting player under the age of 25 is Ronald Acuna, Jr. It's not even close. Juan Soto and Fernando Tatis Jr. were right up there with him a couple seasons ago but not anymore. Tatis' injuries and PED suspensions along with Soto's hitting decline when hitting is the only thing he is good at jas sealed the deal. It's Acuna. I would still say Ohtani is the most exciting player in all of baseball but Acuna is easily the most exciting and probably best player under 28 years old and the best player in the National League.

First of all that's not true. Second of all he throws a LOT of fastballs. If you just swing at them and try to stay on top you might get lucky every now and then. He provides plenty of power if the hitter can square up.
