Yamamoto is a genius who went from being a late draft pick in Japan to becoming the team's ace in just three years. He has a very unique training method; he does not do any weight training at all. He believes that the most important thing for a pitcher is muscle flexibility and body conditioning, so he practices javelin throwing and yoga. In a few years, even more pitchers will be learning Yamamoto's training methods.

Haha Nice! Never heard of this method before but he's already an ace pitcher. He will win the Cy Young Awards soon! 😂

This is his first year since the transfer, and it's been a year of getting used to the difference in ball size, the feel of the mound, and the living environment in America. But even so, he performed well on the big stage of the postseason, delighting fans. From next year onwards, Yamamoto will be able to adapt and show us even more evolved pitching.

I can't wait to see Yamamoto pitch No-Hitters and get Cy Young Awards in future seasons. Let's make 2025 a good one.

Yamamoto and Skenes are the only two pitchers I still watch the full game instead of highlights. One dominant with crazy speed and stuff, the other one, Yamamoto for sure, strikes out big leaguers like a video game character with unreal curve and clever strategies. Can’t wait for more of them next year!
