I went to Panama City, Panama back in 2015 & was shocked to see so many people wearing Phillies shirts & hats. People had Phillies license plates & flags outside businesses. Out of curiosity, I asked a local (in my broken Spanglish) why the Phillies & not the Yankees (Mariano Rivera is 🇵🇦 too) & his response was “Love the Phillies, f@@k the Yankees”!! 😂

Home of Edmundo Sosa. I like him a lot. I got his autographed game used bat from Phillies Charity Auctions a few months ago. Good price and all to PA SPCA!

I wasn’t in Panama when Sosa was with the Phillies but it was really crazy to see all the Phillies merch surrounding the city & a little further out. Panama City is a great metropolitan city, very inexpensive & made me refurbish my Spanish 😂 (literally like no one speaks English)

Seeing Aaron Nolan come off the bag just to see Strahm walk out has got to be the most discouraging feeling ever 😂😂. I’d panic if that’s what I saw when I walked to the plate.

Can you believe the winning pitcher was the pitcher that gave up the 2 runs that tied the game, the only runs by the Nats. I don't understand how they choose the winning pitcher sometimes, seems so wrong.

@imnotabotrlyimnot It's the pitcher of record at the time the winning team took the lead for good. Estevez was the only pitcher eligible as a result. He is credited with a blown save as well, so there is a trade off.

Its time the Phillies organization to give the second base starting job to Sosa because he's simply better than Bryson Stott. If the Phillies want to win it all, they have to start Emundu Sosa at 2nd base* stop being the"old" Phillies 😔 and accept change.
