~~ very true - for a whole decade and beyond - they've been among the very best bands you could see live - some other groups may have sold more records - but especially in the early days when BÖC were still opening for more established bands - the headliners were often blown off the stage by the upstarts from Long Island ..

I used to own the original Blue Oyster Cult still in the plastic never been played album and my older brother opened it and wrote his name on the album I still get mad thinking about that and it happened over 40 years ago
