Absolutely thrilled to see this! Spent the last two weekends on the Laurel, MD, Cricket maidan, 6 fields with mix of youth league and immigrant/new Americans leagues matches, amazing Cricket! Why, what appears as empty seats, at east coast, best road access, centrally located, Morrisville? Across the USA are @ 400 local leagues, were invitations extended to them? Ignoring each other is stupid, if that is the case, because other sports leagues/industries will use that to the max to submarine Cricket growth, revenue, youth efforts, etc. Time to stand up unreservedly, loudly, proudly together, in America to proclaim this game the greatest sport!

The same, people said for Football 20 yrs ago.. The league is to help the USA cricket Team.. Domestic players are nowhere near in technique to the rest of the world.. With T20 World Cup expanding their slot, we gonna see new Countries participating and doing well.. Japan looks like the next Big thing on Cricket.. Italy is doing great too.. Jersey is already in the verge of clashing with Giants.. Moreoever, Women's team is excelling more.. Brazil is every keen in getting their girls to the world cup.. America has only 1 slot.. Thankfully they r Qualified coz they are the Host.. If not, Canada are the Clear Favorites.. If they do the same for like Football, all the Developing Nations will be Holding the World Cup when USA will be entering the Sport 😀

When their population began making whites minorities in their own states that's when football became massively popular as it is in America.One fifth of America's population is Latino providing football with an American market of 70 million people. Also, the fact that America has no domestic players is why cricket will never be huge. It would be like if the American baseball MLB started a league in India but never incorporated the locals. No Indian would bother to watch such a baseball league in their country under that circumstance.
