When I was first studying yoga in college I met a Hopi elder who died three months later, that night I believe he visited me in dream state and gave me a teaching on, what I called, the Body of Light. I later became a Vajrayana practitioner, several years ago during Ngondro purification I witnessed a cloud of grey light leave my body. Light practices are really quiet extraordinary, Clear Light meditation during sleep and the various Guru Yogas, as well as Kriya or Shinay produce intense light absorption states in the Mind. Thank you for your work on this subject.
