Why did it fail explaining model of multi electron atom??

Meh Thefurrybo maybe because in multi electron atom different subshells of a particular shell has different energy like 3d has more energy than 4s.thus energy released on going from one shell to another depends on from which subshell it is being released. But bohr actually gave exact energy value on going from one orbit to another.since H has only one s subshell so bohrs concept worked. Otherwise it failed. It's just my imagination. I am as clueless. I am most probably wrong.tell me if u know the reason.
