This was probably the most fun set I've had in tournament. I'm glad my friend was able to show off that Ike and help show the world that this game has so much untapped potential! Seriously, who would expect MLG Finals would have Ike, Megaman, and Wario top 8? Great tournament!

Really? Well, imho they sounded like they were gettin paid per word- sometimes they had nothing to say but STILL forced it, making it so cringe worthy for me & hard to listen to. Au one point it was all fluff tall, overreacting to any KOs cuz they felt out necessary to distract viewers from the match and direct attention towards themselves. Lol longer than expected but yo, entertaining set nonetheless.

"Technical error" Don't know why he thinks they were tech errors. The homing attack was clearly intentional. Ike's up special could have been an attempt to get the spike, but of course he meant to grab the ledge as well.

+akc12 Can't vouch for 6wx but as an Ike main, that Aether was by no means intentional. Going for the SD is far too risky at that point and you gain more from fading to the edge with a QD than Aether. You can even see Ryo looking down like wtf at his controller once it switches to player cam.

+akc12 No, that aether clearly was a misinput. Not only isn't it Ryo's style, but Ike also destructs first when catching someone in the spike, so you only go for these if you have a stock lead.

It isn't that easy. Sonic has to stay grounded. Ike's aerials are so strong that an empty hop has so much of a fearful presence. And his tilts are no joke. Utilt kills, ftilt comes out fast, and dtilt pops you up. Not to mention Ike's giant disjoint. Personally, I think it is even.

***** Doubt that. Ike and Shulk are lowkey two of Sonic's worst enemies for the same reason. Sonic cant really get close because their hitboxes. Ike moreso because he hurts even more, Lags even less, and has more range. Ike loves when people approach him, and he loves when people are scared of approaching him too.
