Tanky Granger is going to be so popular if the cdr is converted into physical attack. Just building Bruteforce and Queen's Wings give him 70 extra physical attack combine that with Bruteforce's passive gaining 6 physical attack for 6 stacks, he can get 106 physical attack and Queen's Wings passive that can boost your damage upto 15% and 30% damage reduction when your hp is low.

Even if I don't like the new Granger, the revamp does fix most of his problems. Now you can reposition your first skill with just the ult and overall allows him to be played as a Gold Laner, and Tanky Items like Queens Wings and Brute Force is more useful because Granger can convert the CD to ATK, giving him more damage. His build is still the same which is raw power, but I'm kinda sad that with Bloodlust Axe removed, he doesn't have any Spell Vamps unless you're using Queen's Wings, as now he is a skill based marksmen. Edit : Some people say that Bloodlust Axe got merged with War Axe, but have you ever think that Marksmen can use War Axe to it's full potential? I'd rather build other useful items like Malefic Roar, a Second BoD, Queen's Wings, or Brute Force Breastplate rather than have War Axe just for the sake of Spell Vamp. Edit 2 : while it's true you could use Festival of Blood for extra Spellvamp, I actually never use it on Granger especially in this assassin meta.

You can still get spell vamp from emblem! It helps when you dont build any lifesteal items on him, he sustains from his 1st skill

You could also cancel your first skill animation by pressing it again while channeling, this way you don't need to use your ult to reposition your first skill

Physical midlaners viable if you have enough magic DMG dealers. Personally I recommend Martis, Chou and even Terizla if you want a physical midlaner but Granger can also do the trick, as his old laning recommendation included midlane way back 2020

"Welcome to the ban section" is what they always say. I can see that Granger battles will be polarizing, either you snowball or not, the whole game. What I mean is, for lower-skilled players they will find it hard to snowball if they under perform, a bit harder than your average under farmed marksmen in the mid-late game because they will need to focus on stacking, their equipment AND minding energy consumption.

This makes Granger more of a skill caster rather than a hybrid like before. Granger suffers from attack speed penalty but his old passive demands him to use his basic attack. The dev choose skill casting and now, it fix most of his problem before. I just hope it won't be anoying.

Since Granger’s ult can no longer zoom out the developers should make it zoom out a bit like layla. Cuz the only issue i have with camera shift is long range skills don’t even cover the full view when you try to aim it. Example is Pharsa’s ult where you try to aim down the skill but the view of the ult is covered by the edge of the screen. Moonton should really fix camera shift
