Revert Rafaela, doubling the cd of her heal is ridiculous, I would rather have no revive and a useless passive than making her dysfunctional. Don't let the fancy new passive distract you from the fact that she will now be useless in team fights after using her ult and skill 2 once, you will be doing nothing but negligible dmg and slow while waiting for your skill 2 to comeback. Skill 2 isn't just a heal but also a movement speed boost for allies and gives immunity to slow, this is a bad patch for Rafaela.

Honestly as a Main Rafaela I don’t like the changes on her second skill, I love the higher healing but the CD…. they should lower the CD and to balance remove the shield, lower her base heal on late game (700 is insane since she don’t have to aim), and lower her magic scaling to 90% instead of 130% that way she will have good healing, spammable skill like the original server (5s with 45%CdR) and not gonna be unbalanced

I think it is unfair that they shortened the stun duration. Everybody now uses magic defence boots which already shortens the stun duration. it will be 1.6 or so stun duration when the enemy uses that boots. I think it's great to have an extra useful skill (Coz Rafa's current is beyond worthless for a support) I will say that increased cd on her base skills will always translate to max CD reduction build. Which kinda sucks because Rafaela has the most diverse build path of any hero atm. She can go Thunderbelt, Talisman, Oasis, Glowing, Holy Crystal, Immort, Blood Wings, Ice Queen, Dom Ice, Radiant, etc. The flexibility of her build path helps alot in her viability. Locking her down to CD reduction max builds will limit her viability AND make her susceptible to balance changes

Leomord Main here... The damage buff on his 1st skill seems unneccessary, its great but thats not what he need. He needs a damage buff on his Mounted State 1st skill since its damage is like 30% less powerful than his Human State 1st skill. Plus Leomord 1st skill is easily cancelled even in human or mounted state so they should add a CC immune that is simillar to Terizla 2nd where the skill still casts even under crowd control for the Mounted State 1st skill. His 2nd skill CD in Human form is too long, making him an easy target in the early. Lastly, just my own suggestion... They should give him a 3rd skill during Mounted State... Phantom Dismount: Leomord jumps out of his Horse, landing in a Circular AoE and knocking up enemies. As Leomord jumps out, Barbiel will still continue going forward dealing the same damage when it was casted as ULT. The 50% of remaining duration will be used to refund his ULT cooldown.

This is a good revamp on Rafaela. It adds so much to the lore itself- his brother refuses to die and she brings others back to life. They can make Rafaela's res similar to Mercy from OW where she can only revive allies near her. This provides the resurrect while also making sure that there's more consequences to choices. They could also only slightly buff her healing potential and/or add a cooldown reduction based on how many allies she healed after using the ability. Her 1st ability having lesser cooldown in late-game seems fun (since I use Rafaela when I play supp). Her Ult is the one I wish they also add some focus on, I've always felt like it's missing something.

Remember, Devs created CHIP that teleports all of his teammates. (possible), but to balance it out, enemy heroes can also teleport by entering to portals. I think to balance Rafa's passive, resurrected hero should revive on the exact spot where they died. Just like immortality. And their HP will be equivalent to Rafa's current HP.

Red: Gives argus atk speed. There is no heck of a way this patch to come soon. I heard Rafaela is getting a revamp and you can see her new wallpaper on Chinese mlbb. So this patch will have to wait till it's announced that Rafaela is getting revamped for sure. And considering how much people are on different sides it would take some time actually
