I mean, I use Instagram to connect with my community and clients, but I also was asleep during the whole shutdown lol. I'm not sure the rules around growing an email list in an MLM, but I don't know why more people aren't talking about this in their training. Also, that second woman has no idea what she's talking about. She couldn't have grown her downline without social media (since it's called SOCIAL SELLING). And plenty of amazing things have happened because of social media -- lots of education, activism, advocacy, and support groups have come from social media. And did she just bring the prosperity gospel into this? Of course she did. 🙄

As an iOS developer, it really bothers me how, in her own words, f**n STUPID people are about how programming actually works… it blows my mind how many people think its just a “one person, one minute fix” to solve these kinds of issues…

I recognized this woman from another anti-MLM channel (Julie Jo), her name is Nathalie ,and she and another rep were in an hour and half "huddle" trying soooo hard to avoid their downline leaving. This Nathalie was the worst, she said the most stupid things and again used people's faith to try to keep them engaged but we could see by the faces of the women in the zoom call that they were soooo over it.

The second lady said that she did a lot of productive stuff instead of being on social media. She said that people could host parties, etc... Now how are people supposed to do that when they normally invite people from social media, they also do the parties live on social media, and it's still not advised anywhere to have big gatherings (I sure they like the online live aspect so they can get tons of people viewing). Plus, if they did a in person party, they'd have to schedule it like old school and make a in the future date for it. Not have a popup party the same day social media platform(s) are offline. So that's not a good suggestion and in fact, if I were a mlmer in any mlm and I got suggested this, I'd be bothered by it. It's called being out of touch and probably the one suggesting it doesn't need to work over 8 everyday to try and make a little bit of profit. This lady sounds like a person that doesn't have a suggestion or doesn't know what else to do when this happens. So that's all she could come up with. I'd prefer to have someone be truthful and say that they have no clue what to do 'cause anything else sounds rude i.m.o.

OMG... the second woman with her "can God trust you"... I literally yelled what the f**k at the computer screen. How dare she... God doesn't give us blessings because He trusts us! What kind of backwards BS is this... it's just another way to blame the girls in her downline, but next level manipulative!

As someone who used to work in accounts/back office at a car dealership, sales managers DO make commission because they are INVOLVED in every sale, not just because they hired the salespeople. They have a specific job to do in every sale that is separate from the salesperson's job, and they are TOO BUSY doing that to sell cars themselves. Being a car salesperson and an MLM hun are similar though in that they will hire just about anyone, most people wash out within a couple months, and the people who succeed do it for 20 years but switch companies all the time. 😂
