He's self-deprecating and quick-witted, which sets him apart from the other slot players. My least favorite players on YT are the ones who act giddy and childish whenever they hit a jackpot. Another key to Vegas Matt's popularity is his uncanny ability to keep a smile on his face under any circumstances. Try it sometime. It's not as easy as it seems. Most of his audience probably wish they were part of his gambling posse. They remind me of FM radio years ago when a disc jockey was joined in the studio with his "whack pack."
