It's really not. This song doesn't highlight anything positive about 2pac at all. It's all gangster this and that. Which is a cool song but if you're gonna pay tribute to someone like 2pac, who nearly all black people respect for his ability to bring real problems to the forefront in his music and was always vocal about "white America"...
