Sir, I am finding Counting Principles challenging. For boys & girls together since there are 2 rows would the answer not be 2!xb!xg! ? For boys and girls sitting alternately since there is 1 row would the answer not be 1!×b!×g! ? I know I sound petty since 2!=2 & 1!=1 but I am trying to deduce/realise that the (number of rows !) needs to be the first part of my solution, multiplied either by b!×g! or b! or g! (whatever is asked for). Just trying to form a standard system of approach...
