一個月內就能成功獲批？真的假的？過去二家的申請者都得等上半年到一年的時間，許多人都幾乎失去耐性且紛紛吐槽😄。。若是真的那麼快就能搞定，那真是可喜可賀之天大喜訊！不過可別太激動和興奮喔，若申請獲批接下來必須得在當地購屋嘞。。所以凡事皆一體兩面，因為必須買房所以需慎重考慮和衡量本身的經濟能力，還有未來在馬國生活的日常開銷與孩子的學費等等支出。🙂😊

溫馨提示：我親戚是最早一批申請馬來西亞第二家園計劃的香港人，也是打算退休生活，大約有八、九年。初初住嘅地方大咗的確開心咗三兩年，但現在已經開始有點悶，想去嘅地方已經去過晒，來來去去也是那些。現在已開始返內地中山住下，因為內地發展得很快，而且亦都很平，交通又便捷呢！地方大並不是幸福嘅唯一指標，最緊要生活便捷，方便退休人士。純粹真實經驗，讓大家參考吧！ 出親街都要揸車，年紀大咗未必能應付，如果要平只可以食排檔等地方和用本土貨，一些常見嘅香港品牌外國貨價錢其實同香港差不多。

@@leealex24 No, most people in KL can speak Mandarin. Florence is likely from English medium school, does not know written Chinese, but speaks Cantonese at home, hence her well verse in it. That's how I profile her, amidst the Chinese demographic landscape in Malaysia.
