My favorite UFC fight was Bisping vs Silva. The heart Mike Bisping showed after getting dropped by a devastating knee was an absolute honor to watch as a martial arts fan. Not many people gave him much of a chance going into the fight and hardly no one gave him one after the knee but he knew he could do it and that's all that mattered.

I was so happy when he won the belt, I been a Rockhold fan since his Strikeforce challenger's days and a Bisping fan since TUF 3. I hate events like that were you respect/ love/pull for a team or a competitor, in those situations I'll usually pull for the older guy.

First I ever heard of Bisping was the mid 90s when loaded magazine did a piece on him showing his training routine and getting the reporter to try doing it needless to say the reporter collapsed after 10 mins lol. Bisping has cardio forever.
