I heard a United States Navy Seal say that when working alongside side some of the most dangerous men on the planet you find there is a humility about them. A humility in knowing they have the ability to learn something from someone else and not think they are superior. That's what makes them the best at what they do their ability to always grow. Demetrius Johnson strikes me as this type of person. Even though he is arguably one the greatest mma fighters of all time (if not the greatest) he is always looking for the ability to learn something from someone else. He is a legend.

When they say a lot of guys shouldn’t have there black belts in mma it makes sense, but Mighty Mouse is worthy and skilled enough to be considered a true black belt once he gets it
@tchoythao17308 ай бұрын
Think being a black belt is more than just being a great competitor. I do believe he deserves a black belt if he gets it but maybe he doesn’t have one yet because his pure BJJ skills aren’t there yet even though his overall grappling skills are far above black belt levels due to being a world champion mma fighter. Just a thought not really dead set on it. Edit: I’m including other criteria like ability to teach and such though I’m sure he’s not slacking in this field either.
