I'm thinking Strickland by split decision or majority decision, maybe even unanimous. Costa of course is always dangerous, has power and can be dynamic but Strickland has shown he knows how to deal with guys like this unless its Alex Pereira lol

@@fizievfan yeah he has some powerful kicks, the kicks he landed on Romero, Marvin, and he caught Rob with that spinning back kick. His punches might not be quite as powerful as I thought they were though

costa can win if he pressures strickland, no head hunting just strictly body shots with high-low kicks mix with takedowns. if he can implement those into his game, he will win guaranteed

Costa too big and powerful and faster than people think and only been finished by Adesanya. Id say Costa by KO or picked apart later by Strickland

for people to say costa beats strickland..you have to be saying costa will KO him when 32 cold not (just 2 in 34 have), because the only way strickland loses this is if he's KO'd, how good is costa at KO's? not as great as people think, hey here's a fun fact, Sean Strickland has more KO's than DDP, Whittacker, Jared and is tied with Costa, for Sean to lose he'll have to be overwhelmed early on and he is not the guy to be overwhelmed, I think he's recently been sparring with Cesar Almeida and Jamahal Hill... what's interesting, side not, is Alex is avenging his coach's losses, look at Glover's last to fights/losses, now look at Alex's last two wins.. matter of fact, Alex's last 3 fights are the same last 3 fighters Glover faced! what are the odds?!

Sean is open to high-kicks and no one in the division has better high-kicks than Costa... I'm leaning Strickland but if Costa sticks to a kick heavy gameplan I think he gets the knockout

@@amphibianenthusiast1887 yeah, that's the most obvious way costa can win this, probably the only way he can win this, everyone can get caught with that kick and costa throws a lot early in the fight but sean should see it and read it as well as all the others he's faced..which is good enough to not get laid out, luckily he has a great chin, if you've seen the Abus fight, it'll probably start similar to that, very dangerous round, sean survived that though and once he survives that first round then he'll get into controlling the pace pr breaking up costa's rhythm and in round 3 he should have the dominant position and just walk him down the rest of the time sean has a lot of ways he's able to roll with the punches or slip away or create distance which really frustrates fighters, sean has such composure that he won't just walk into a trap, he only moves in when he finds a hole (with the exception of the alex fight), ddp and izzy play possum and get counter KO's from it, but sean never fell for it, only one head kick ever brought him down and I'm sure he still remembers it, it will be interesting, Sean's been sparring with some similar fighters and ddp and izzy and abus should have prepared him well for the speed, power, kicks athleticism he'll face, in the first minutes of this fight we might even have an idea who wins..I mean if Sean gets the center of the octagon..watch out, that jab and teep could be a long terrible night for costa, costa will need control especially in that first round
