Love this. The number 3 is my favorite (been doing it for years), I pretty much go straight to it skipping the first 2 that you show. I call it the neck crush, your forearm bone is crushing the soft tissue in the side if their neck and they tap quick.

Yes. That's the vegas nerve. Crunching that with your forearm hurts no matter what angle you use. This is excellent material,

@poneyboymiller lol Poneyboy, you're too kind sir. Hope all is well. There is secret variation that we didn't show but I thought you'd appreciate. The hand that goes behind your head, can also be used to give your opponent a butter cup during any of the chokes shown.

You sir, just earned one subscriber, this was amazing to me as i currently train MMA. Although only an amateur, this is very helpful. Hopefully one day i will be able to make my training partner tap out :) Once again, good work, keep it up. Danny.

Yes, I checked it out to be sure, it could be the Vagus nerve which is the 10th cranial nerve. But nerve pain is usually sharp and shooting. For example, when u hit your "funny bone", u feel it shoot all the way down your hand, its actually your ulnar nerve. Also, the cutting bone is actually called the radius.

Great Catch type lockflow one hold used in different angles. Instead of learning 7 different subs you learn one hold and put it into numerous positions.

@reillyfornow, no reillyfornow, you're good. Hey guys, if you want to see some serious sick leg locks and Sambo riffs, check out reillyfornow and his material. Absolutely top shelf. He's totally changed how I look at finishing people who try to touch my pedicure.

nice stuff, personally i like the rolling over the best... since, being a relatively small/light guy, i kinda find it require more strenght to finish someone when i'm on bottom.
