The best part of the move is that the second you have your opponent's head and arm is pinned together like that, it puts you in control of the position. You can just let go of the guard and sweep him/her so that you are now mounted on top of them.

This is a go to attack for me. I slide out from under a little farther to keep from getting my ribs punched which also helps in the choke and I also use it to take the back if I want.

This is the first sub I ever learned. I did it at Grapplers quest and the ref stopped me each time I did it. I did it the times in one match. He said no neck cranks.
