It's the worst matchup for Jiri in the whole division. Jiri ate so many punches in only 2 rounds against Rakic. He would get KOed like 5 times if it was against Pereira fighting like that. Not saying he should change his game, but it's just a terrible matchup for his fighting style.

@@KingMo98 I edited my comment because i spelt something wrong relax. ok since you think ankalaev is the type of fighter to be ready lets check out the calender again. so ankalaev fought anthony smith in 2022 then fought jan in december 2022 to a draw which he cried and moaned about and said he was gonna quit the sport (as ultimate fighters do) . after that lets have a look. his next fight is october 2023 so almost a year later which was a no contest 1 round fight. then they didnt rematch until january this year which he managed to win in 2 rounds. and then now hes saying he wont be ready until august.... what kind of fighter are we talking about here again? does he even deserve a title shot? he fights less than 2 times a year and drew with jan within his last 3 fights.
