I had flashbacks when he finally showed the guys face lol I completely forgot I actually watched MOST of these episodes. My roommate at the time, a lifelong friend, wrestled from basically diapers to graduation and couldn't get enough of this shit. It grew on me though! The sherdog shitposting and banter, it was all good stuff.

Been some great fighters on tuf who was amazing at training others to it s not easy i fought in kickboxing for many years but was not good at coach others but some at my club was great at both probely of good fighters 20% can coach and 70% can not and 10% dont understand what im saying or writing or math 😂

Skarbovski wasn't drunk. It's a fun story but he wasn't shitfaced. He just landed in vegas, he wanted to enjoy himself so he ordered a big drink. After a few sip the team called and said he had to be at the gym soon. He asked the bill and saw the drink was about 60$ so he said no way I will waste that. He drank it all and went directly where the famous scene began. He smelled like alcohol but he said many times that he wasn't drunk at all. He's still a character though!

We sometimes forget the type of pressure a coach has. If they make you do crazy training, its because it obviously worked for them (thats why they are the leader/coach), but they may forget to take into consideration that EVERYONE is not on there level...not even close. At the end of the day, they mean well.

As i recall in the Nelson/Carwin series they did 400m run. Carwin did it in a really good time, for a runner let alone a huge guy, Nelson didnt even finish the lap iirc. Also, there was a great fight the other week in this TUF
