I don't have anything against your other picks, but Vitor Belfort vs Yoshiki "the man eater "Takahashi was a squash match from the start and promoted as such. Vitor was a heavy favorite (-500) and the Pancrase veteran Takahashi was a huge underdog (+450). Vitor had 10cm on Takahashi and weighted 3kg more than his opponent, who was almost 10 years old than him and had a huge amount of fights under his belt (MMA, submission grappling, pro-wrestling), all of his to say that Vitor's opponent was no spring chicken, and was way pas his prime. No one counted Vitor out in that one, heck, I was a Vitor hater back then (I'm a Sakuraba lifelong fan and when Belfort spat at Saku when he tried to congratulate him afterward really soured me on the dude, plus he beat my man Wanderlei, that I traveled to 2 different countries to watch him fight live \o/) but I knew that the Brazilian was likely going to smash his opponent, who had lost his last 2 PRIDE bouts via brutal round 1 KOs (to "Ice Cold" Igor) and Heath Herring (and Yoshiki also lost to Josh Barnett in another promotion via submission before these 2 PRIDE KOs, and would lose his next 6 fights after the Vitor KO). Anyway, love you guys, top 3 MMA channel on youtube, I just wanted to point out that Vitor vs "the Man Eater" didn't belong on that list IMO since it was a squash match to give Vitor his confidence back, sacrifice an old veteran to a young lion to whet his appetite and it mostly worked. Sure he lost his next fight to prime Dan Henderson via decision, but after that he won 5 in a row, including his legendary KO over _Team Quest_ leader Matt *"The Law"* Lindland at Affliction, Vitor was invited back to the UFC and KO'd Rich *"Ace"* Franklin in the first round of their UFC bout, where he got his title shot against Anderson Silva. *TLDR;* Vitor vs Yoshiki doesn't belong here :(

I would add Matt Brown. In 2017 he had lost 5 of his last 6 and got finished in the last 3 of them, the last being the highlight combo by Donald Cerrone. 9 months later he announced he would retire after his upcoming fight against Diego Sanchez. So I don't think anybody was expecting anything great out of Matt. Then Matt Brown hellbowed Sanchez knocking him out cold and reminding us how great Matt Brown is. He would then beat Ben Saunders by KO and win and lose fights, eventually tie the Black Beast for the most KOs by a fighter in UFC history before retiring for good.

Dustin vs BSD should've made this list. Dustin was the underdog in a fight where he was ranked #3 against BSD who was barely in the top 15. Dude when Cro Cop had that reverse signature head kick pulled on him, watch his right foot and leg. He HAD TO HAVE, HAD to have hurt his knee or ankle or both with the way his foot was turned and twisted backwards and underneath him as his entire K.O.'d bodyweight collapsed on top of it. It's extremely painful to watch just simply for knowing that the human body is not designed to bend that way, and yet, that night, Cro Cop's body did, it did bend that way though unnatural as it was... If you haven't seen it or noticed it, watch Cro Cop's fight where he receives instead of delivers a vicious head kick. The irony laden within that fight, specifically that kick, was colder than ice, because not only did it knock Cro Cop out cold, it damaged one of his kicking legs in the process, as if to spit in the wound with salty disdain. It's rough, man...
