It amazes me how you frequently and consistently churn out such diverse content. Not only style and approach wise but globally! The recent content has been off the charts. Ezzat's knee exits are so nice. Omar seems well prepared for your style and approach, he did his homework. Loving his elbow use! Really effective but also stylistic, he is my favorite. Ally looks like a tree of limbs! I like how it turned into a bag of pop rocks in the final minute. Super impressed with Omar Y, that was a determined defense! Nour has that calm legs active hands thing that always looks controlled but effective. Great job! Your cardio and energy level is always so good! Maybe you are immune from jet lag at this point 😂.

Hello Jeff, I recently discovered your channel and immediately subscribed because I finally found an elegant Muay Thai boxer. Originally a savate boxer (10 years) then an english boxer (8 years), I found Thai boxing linear, rigid and not very graceful.
