Ezzat's knee exits are so nice. Omar seems well prepared for your style and approach, he did his homework. Loving his elbow use! Really effective but also stylistic, he is my favorite. Ally looks like a tree of limbs! I like how it turned into a bag of pop rocks in the final minute. Super impressed with Omar Y, that was a determined defense! Nour has that calm legs active hands thing that always looks controlled but effective. Great job! Your cardio and energy level is always so good! Maybe you are immune from jet lag at this point 😂.

Of all Jeff's videos I watch this one a lot. The first guy is 47 and I'm 48. I'm nowhere near as good but it gives me hope. I started training at 42. Hi Geoff, I really hope you read this, I'm taking my 3 Dan black belt in kickboxing /K1 later this year, I'm enjoying the extra training, running sparring, everything. But it's tough! I will never have your head movement but worried about all the head shots, I literally love it, do I say body only shots, go light, I obviously keep hands up but must work on head movement it's good.
