Recreation of HatMan from the cell phone Battle Network games, his moveset is a mix of both games. We eyeballed his moves from existing screenshots and camcorder videos so it might not be perfectly accurate.

He's the "true" MagicMan, not the blue wizard navi in BN1.

Am I the only one who actually like Magic man? Not to say that Hatman isn't cool or anything but the only time he's seen in game is in that phone game that's almost impossible to play nowadays, which is such a shame. And the anime on-line showed him once. Magic man has the potential of summoning viruses but it's not exploited enough, as well as his Tome of Cheating. I bet that if modded enough he could be a great challenge like Hatman right now.

Hatman is True Magicman, meanwhile Blue Wizard in Megaman Battle Network 1 is Wizardman.
