There's actually a wiki on all of Kaito's counterparts. Akaito is pretty much a more risky version of Kaito, his character item being a red chili pepper. You buy each vocaloid and the program you get can make their voices. I don't know if that if what was done in this case but that is what most people do to get non-vocaloid songs performed by the vocaloids. Hope this answers your question. :)
