MMDA Clearing the roads

Today was an interesting one. Part of the operation (8:12 onwards) was based on a request from a Barangay Captain.
I was thinking the Barangay would supply Kagawads and Enforcers to join the operation. To issue tickets and to advise residents on what was happening.
But unfortunately that didn't happen. There was one Kagawad, but he was on the wrong side of the operation because he appears to have an addiction to riding motorcycles without helmets, no matter how many times he's told not to do it.
Update: An enforcer has informed me that there was actually two Barangay Tanods and one Executive Officer that accompanied the team. It's my mistake that I didn't notice them and I apologize for that. Although they were there, they didn't take any active role and that's why I didn't notice them. Since the Barangay invited the team to operate there, I would have expected to see Kagawads issuing tickets, Tanods helping to clear the sidewalks, assisting to carry heavy objects and maybe the Executive Officer explaining to residents what was happening and why.

MMDA clearing crew should have proper equipment: Removing that basketball board took a long time. If they have elec. saw, that should take them in minutes instead of 2 hours! Grabe!

@@TsunaXZ Yes. And she was already talking to a top MMDA official, Colonel Bong Nebrija. Imagine if she were dealing with waiters, hotel clerks, delivery men, maids, etc.

I'm new. What happens to vehicles that were impounded and the owner does not have any license or documents. Do they just stay in the impounding station unless the owner 'can provide' documents later on?

I have no sympathy for these people who own cars and can't park in the garage. In the Philippines CARS ARE A LUXURY. NOT A NECESSARY PURCHASE. BUY A MOTORCYCLE
