Hey, thanks for putting the time into a thorough and clear explanation of the game. It's so much easier to see someone walk through the game than reading the disconnected written instructions. And... I, for one, would rather have your longer, thorough explanation, thoughts and tips on the game than having an incomplete video. Thanks again.

Thank you, it was really easy to follow, you went at a really nice pace and covered a lot of what if scenarios.

Thank you for going through it slowly. Although it's simple I enjoyed your explanation and bought it while you were explaining it. Great job. It's good to be able to explain things knowing you have a varied audience.

Great video. One comment though. @4:17 , a tile/patch is purchased. I don't have the rules in front of me, but by placing a tile on the quilt before moving, it's less confusing. Why? Because some of the tiles have buttons on them. These indicate earning more buttons when crossing a button marker on the time board. If the tile is placed first, any buttons on it are counted for that turn in earned buttons when the player marker is then moved. But I'm being nit-picky.

My reading of the rules say the order of a move is 1. Choose a patch 2. Move the neutral token. 3. Pay the (button) cost. 4. Place the patch on your board. 5. Move your time token. This way if you have an upcoming button reward the tile you just chose would contribute to your income.

Thanks for the video. I would suggest speeding up the tutorial next time, especially for a game as simple as patchwork. While informative, you repeated many rules which caused the video to go much longer than it needed to. You could likely condense this to 5 minutes and be good.

An additional way to condense things is to keep strategy discussion for a separate video. I like to work out strategy on my own anyway. I think it's part of the fun of getting a new game.

Please don't do that. There are plenty of "speed rules" around. Your tutorial is different -- and better, IMHO -- exactly because you take your time explaining the rules with no hurry. I'm sure that people who like 5-minute rules videos can find them elsewhere on KZbin.
