Please do more with mom. I have her body type. This helped me a lot. It’s always hard for me to make an outfit finish. I have nice pieces but the finished look is hard. She did great and looks beautiful.

Please do one where you have a bloated stomach and one leg us half inch shorter. 38 d bra and 40 inch waist and hips was 5 5 now 5 3 all that weight is in my center

Yes i was thinking that, a great hairdo makes her look young. Those outfits look fantastic. I loved the Jumpsuit. You can do so much with them. I am so short i manage to create the Norah Batty look with trousers.

That fact you always throw out there for us shorter gals is just so helpful…where you say it’s ok for us to shorten the length of the leg by cuffing the bottom and showing the ankle (slimming us by baring our thinnest area) AS LONG AS you elongate the leg at the top, by half tucking the shirt. THE perfect tip and explanation as to why it works! Thank you 🙏

I completely agree. I watch several fashion stylists, but have never learned several things such as buying tops in the same color for all seasons, using the shoulder pads to balance out my wider hips, etc. I am also a new subscriber.

So enjoyed this as a pear-shaped mum myself... thanks to yours for being a fine model! I have trouble with the heavy-soled white trainer look... too reminiscent of my nursing days and feel they just make me look clunky for lack of a better word. I like at least a slightly more elegant shoe, but I'm sure that's a generational thing. I wore a dressy jumpsuit to my son's wedding recently and felt fine and on-trend in it. I have a pear shape and for years I wear a quarter inch pad that I insert in all my shirts. I sewed a piece of Velcro on the top of the pad and sticks snuggly under my bra strap. This will change your life.

Thank your mom for me! This video is helpful. I have thicker arms and legs from lymphedema. It's a challenge finding clothes that fit and not feeling like I'm in a tent. My remedy is to learn to tailor my boxes of clothes. I love them, but need them to fit better. Watching your videos, I'm learning how to make things work. Laughed about gardening... I'm a gardener too. I have a half acre that I've spent 25 years slowly changing into our own bit of paradise... In a desert.

How could anyone be unkind to your mum, she is fabulous. I am almost 68 and same height as your mum, also pear shaped with arm issues and this video was so useful.
